Slime Sizes:
8 oz slimes are sold as individual slimes and come in one container.
4 oz slimes are typically included in slime packs or bundles (usually packs of 5).
Non-DIY Slimes:
Unless otherwise stated in the product description, all decorations, including add-ins, charms, glitter, sprinkles, beads, and other mix-ins, will come pre-added to the slime.
DIY Slimes:
For DIY slime sets, components are packaged separately to provide the best assembly experience:
Clay pieces are packaged in a separate container.
1 oz slimes are packaged in separate containers.
Add-ins (sprinkles, etc.) are packaged in a separate bag.
Glitter is usually pre-mixed into the slime unless otherwise stated in the product description. If specified, glitter will be packaged separately.
Charms are usually placed directly in the slime unless otherwise stated in the product description. If specified, charms will be packaged separately.
Packaging may vary slightly depending on the slime design, but we always package products carefully to ensure the best experience upon arrival.
Allergy Warning: "Our slimes may contain borax, glue, fragrance oils, and skin-safe pigments/dye. Do not purchase if you have a known allergy to these ingredients."

Returns & Exchanges: Due to the handmade nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
Damaged Items: If your slime arrives cracked or leaking, please email us at lotusprimeslime@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage and your order number. We will send a replacement or issue a store credit.
Note: "Sticky" or "Stiff" slime is not considered a defect, as texture changes during transit are normal. Please refer to our Slime Care Guide.
Processing Time: All slimes are made to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be handcrafted and packed before shipping.
Shipping Prices: Standard shipping is via UPS or FedEx Ground.

Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your label is printed. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking status to update.
Temperature Warning: Please track your package and bring it inside immediately upon delivery. Slime can melt in high temperatures or stiffen in freezing weather. Each order includes an activator spray bottle and check the Slime Care Guide on this website to help you fix any texture issues.
